2.1 Listing Accuracy: Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including boat descriptions, conditions, and pricing.

2.2 Communication: All communication and negotiations between buyers and sellers should occur directly between the parties involved.

2.3 Transactions: The Platform is not involved in any financial transactions, contracts, or agreements between users. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

3.1 Eligible Listings: Only sailboats owned by the listing party may be posted. Broker listings are not permitted.

3.2 Content: Listings must be accurate, legal, and appropriate. The Platform reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines.

3.3 Images: All images must be of the actual vessel being sold and owned by the listing party.

4.1 Platform Role: The Platform acts solely as a venue for users to list and find sailboats. We do not verify listings, mediate disputes, or guarantee transactions.

4.2 No Warranty: The Platform makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of listings, the condition of boats, or the reliability of users.

4.3 Transaction Safety: Users are responsible for taking appropriate precautions when meeting, conducting inspections, or completing transactions.

We recommend:

• Conducting thorough inspections before purchase
• Using written contracts for all transactions
• Employing marine surveyors when appropriate
• Meeting in safe, public locations
• Never sending money to unverified parties
• Maintaining documentation of all communications
